The aim of this study was to investigate the lived experience of non-profit primary school teachers in Isfahan from the challenges of online education in the epidemic period of Covid-19 (spring 2021). The approach of the present study was qualitative and the data collection tool was semi-structured interview. The sample size up to theoretical saturation was 35 teachers of these schools in Isfahan who were selected as a sample by available methods. The software used in this research was MAXQDA-10 quality software. The approach used is also based on the data theory of the Strauss and Corbin Foundation (1990). Findings showed that in the online education course, non-profit primary school teachers in Isfahan faced two serious challenges that are from the source of the student and the teacher, of which the most challenges are primarily for the teacher and then for the student. In the source of the teacher, the involvement of parents and in the source of the student, the lack of a proper package and internet and the lack of face-to-face communication with the teacher were the most significant challenges. The source of the physical injury was also a challenge that was shared by both students and teachers. Therefore, education staff are advised to take measures to address the challenges before entering the new school year.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand, use, and manage your emotions through positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and resolve conflicts. Emotional intelligence helps people to be more successful in relationships, to be able to achieve their personal and organizational goals more easily. The purpose of this study is to investigate the ability to predict changes in conflict management styles by emotional intelligence. The present research has been done by descriptive-correlation method and its sample size is equal to 160 people. Due to the small statistical population of the research, the whole population has been studied by census. The measurement tools used in the research include Schering (1996) Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Thomas (1976) Conflict Management Styles Questionnaire, which have a reliability coefficient of 0.84, respectively. And 79 /. Is. SPSS software was used to analyze the data obtained from the research. According to the findings of Peugeot. It was found that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-control with a subscription rate of 0.237, self-motivation with a subscription rate of 0.234 and social awareness with a subscription rate of 0.085, with conflict management dimensions. Also, the dimensions of self-control negatively and social awareness can positively and significantly predict the firm style of conflict management. Examination of the relationship between each of the components of emotional intelligence and problem solving style showed that it is not significant and the same relationship with compromise style, avoidance style and flexibility style was significant.
