The statistical population consists of 1260 primary school teachers in District 2 of Ardabil. To determine the sample size based on Morgan table, a sample of 374, male 104 and female 270 were selected using cluster sampling method. Because there is a possibility of dropping the questionnaire, the number of samples was deliberately considered more. The research method is descriptive-correlational. To analyze the data from descriptive, mean and standard and statistical methods, T-Tech Samples, Pearson correlation and multivariate regression were used. To collect data from the educational leadership questionnaire, the standard questionnaire of Asghari et al., 2016 and the self-efficacy questionnaire of Scherer et al., 1982, the professional development questionnaire of Shah Pasand et al. Teachers were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by professors and experts. The reliability of the questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for educational leadership was 0.92 and for the self-efficacy questionnaire was 0.78. Also for professional development 0/97 Was obtained. The results show that there is a significant relationship between educational leadership and self- efficacy with professional development. And the average scores of educational leadership, self-efficacy and professional development are higher than the average. The observed p level is significant in all variabels and the results show that educational leadership with the highest impact and self- efficacywith the lowest impact predicts professional development.}, keywords = {"Educational Leadership","Teacher Self-Efficacy","Teacher Professional Development"}, title_fa = {رابطه رهبری آموزشی و خودکارآمدی معلم با توسعه حرفه ای معلمان دوره ابتدایی ناحیه ۲ شهر اردبیل}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی رابطه رهبری آموزشی و خودکارآمدی معلم با توسعۀ حرفه‌ای معلمان دوره ابتدایی ناحیه 2 شهر اردبیل بود. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی، از لحاظ روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری را کلیۀ معلمان دورۀ ابتدایی ناحیه 2 شهر اردبیل به تعداد 1260 نفر تشکیل داده اند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان نمونه‌ای به تعداد 374 انتخاب و به روش خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های رهبری آموزشی اصغری و همکاران و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی شرر و همکاران و پرسشنامه توسعۀ حرفه‌ای دبیران شاه پسند و همکاران استفاده شده است که خصوصیات فنی ابزارهای مذکور در تحقیقات مختلف تایید شده است. در پژوهش حاضر پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه رهبری آموزشی92/0، برای پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی 78/0 و همچنین برای توسعۀ حرفه‌ای 97/ 0 بدست آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار اس. پی. اس. اس تحلیل گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش-های آماری توصیفی، میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و تی تک نمونه‌ای، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین رهبری آموزشی و خودکارآمدی با توسعۀ حرفه‌ای رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و میانگین نمرات رهبری آموزشی، خودکارآمدی و توسعۀ حرفه‌ای بالاتر به طور معناداری بالاتر از میانگین است. همچنین متغیر رهبری آموزشی با بیشترین میزان تاثیر و خودکارآمدی با کمترین میزان تاثیر متغیر توسعۀ حرفه‌ای را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند}, keywords_fa = {رهبری آموزشی,خودکارآمدی معلم,توسعه حرفه ای معلمان}, url = {https://ael.uma.ac.ir/article_1111.html}, eprint = {https://ael.uma.ac.ir/article_1111_464fe5d36ba6994c342cf1fc9bd0102f.pdf} }
