The increasing complexity of organizations and the rising standard of unethical work and irresponsibility in the workplace have drawn increasing attention to ethical leadership. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the role of moral leadership in education. This research is of meta-combined type and the results of previous researches, from 2003 to 1399 among 120 articles extracted from various databases and sites of Persian articles (Civilica, Iran Doc, Mag Iran, Noor Magaz, sid and comprehensive portal of human resources) 25 From 1990 to 2020, 19 articles were selected from 110 articles extracted from the databases of various foreign article websites (Google Scholar and Sai_Hub) and a total of 44 articles were evaluated and analyzed. The results showed that among the principles of moral leadership, more attention has been paid to popular orientation, fairness, power sharing, ethical guidance, role clarity and honesty. Also, according to the studies, it was found that the role of ethical leadership, especially in educational organizations, is very important and should be given more attention.
