The research conducted is of applied type and in terms of method, it is descriptive of correlation type. The statistical population in this department includes 600 employees, according to Morgan's table, 234 people were selected as a sample and they were selected by a simple random method and participated in the research. The tool used in this research is a standard questionnaire. Strategic Human Resource Management Questionnaire, Chen and Hong (2007), and Hersey and Goldsmith's Organizational Performance Questionnaire (2003). Since the questionnaires are standard, it can be said that they are valid. In this research, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire. In this research,Cronbach's alpha coefficient has been calculated using SPSS software,its value after collecting240questionnaires, of which 215 questionnaires were acceptable,and for each variable of strategic human resource management and organizational performance,respectively, was 0.78. and 0.83 was obtained. Kolmogorov Smirnov test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. Also, SPSS and LISREL software were used to analyze the research data.The findings indicate that effective communication has a significant and positive effect on the strategic management of human resources. Human resource development has a significant and positive effect on strategic human resource management.Strategic decision-making in the field of human resources has a significant and positive effect on strategic human resource management.Reducing conflict has a significant and positive effect on employee performance.Employee motivation has a significant and positive effect on organizational performance. Role clarity has a significant and positive effect on organizational performance.
