The present research method is a descriptive correlation type based on structural equation modeling. Accordingly, 190 employees (staff) were selected from 392 person using krejcie Morgan sample table and available sampling method. The results of the structural part of the studied model show that a promising and strong organizational culture can be directly and indirectly an effective and powerful factor in raising the professional ethics and job motivation of employees.
