Investigating the methods of creating motivation and creativity in teachers for using new educational techniques in high school schools in Khalkhal city
The aim of this study was to investigate the methods of creating motivation and creativity in teachers to use modern educational techniques in high schools in Khalkhal city. This research was conducted by survey method and the validity of the questionnaire metrics was obtained through face validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all variables above 0.70. The statistical population of this study is 315 high school teachers in Khalkhal city. Among them, 175 people were selected using Morgan table and simple random sampling method. Software was used to analyze the data using two methods of descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between independent variables of teachers' motivation and creativity with the dependent variable of using new teaching techniques.
