Abstract

. This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of implementation method. The study population of all primary and secondary school principals in Sarayan city in the academic year of 2009-2010, which is 240 people, and the research sample was done by stratified random sampling method, which with the Cochran's formula, the sample size was 140 people. The research instruments were three standard 360-degree feedback questionnaires of Morgan, Kenan and Cullinan (2005), Hershey and Goldsmith Questionnaire (2009) and Hookle Brief Quality of Work Questionnaire (1996). The content validity of the questionnaires and their reliability were estimated based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.83, 0.86 and 0.89, respectively. Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test, two-group t-test, one-way variance F and regression) were used to analyze the data in SPSS software version 22. The results showed that the average of the research sample is desirable for each of the variables. Also, the variables of 360-degree feedback, organizational performance and quality of working life in terms of education were significant for all variables and in terms of gender for the variables of 360-degree feedback and quality of working life. The results of correlation coefficient also showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between 360 feedback with quality of work life and between each of the components of organizational performance with quality of work life.
