One of the most important factors that ensure the survival of businesses in today's dynamic and changing environments is the existence of insightful, strategic or, in other words, strategic leaders who are inspired by their unique personality traits to develop and empower people in the organization. And are an essential source in achieving organizational effectiveness in various industries. Accordingly, the present study aimed to investigate the impact of strategic leadership behaviors on organizational effectiveness in Iranian knowledge-based companies. The method of the present research is applied based on the purpose of the research and is descriptive-survey in nature. The statistical population of this research is Iranian knowledge-based companies, which at the time of collecting research data, their number is 4551 companies. The sampling method used in this study is stratified random sampling method and the sample studied in this study using Cochran's formula, 354 companies were obtained, of which 354 questionnaires were distributed electronically among these companies and 175 A questionnaire was collected for analysis. Data collection method was based on two questionnaires of MLQ leadership styles (1995) and Parsons organizational effectiveness (1969). The analysis of research data was done by structural equation modeling and using Smart PLS software in two parts: measurement model and structural model. The findings of the present study show that the effect of leadership behaviors of ideal influence and inspirational motivation on organizational effectiveness in Iranian knowledge-based companies is positive and significant.
