Identifying and ranking the factors affecting job stress with emphasis on the components of the organizational environment of Islamic Azad University

Abstract

The research method is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of process, it is a descriptive field type. Also, the library method has been used to collect information. Based on the Strauss-Corbin method and theoretical saturation, it was determined that 20 people were purposefully selected as a sample. Data were collected in a quantitative section through a researcher-made questionnaire, its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha of 0.82. The statistical population in this section includes 600 employees, according to the table. Morgan 234 people were selected as the sample and the sampling method is random. For data analysis in quantitative part, T and Friedman tests were used and SPSS software version 25 for Statistical analyzes were used. Management style with average rank (51.3), organizational structure (49.19), work-family conflict (45.62), organizational culture (42.11), intra-organizational communication (38.76) ), Personality traits (32.05), education and specialization (28.89), self-efficacy growth (20.17) and motivation (18.56), were ranked first to ninth. According to the findings of the study, it can be said that attention to management style, organizational structure and work-family conflict are among the most important factors affecting job stress that should be considered.
