Abstract

Human resource development programs are one of the most important challenges for governments in establishing comprehensive systems based on ICT, and just as ICT recreates many of the day-to-day work processes of organizations such as e-banking, e-commerce, e-mail, e-government. The increasing growth of information technology along with new developments in education, has provided a great opportunity to create new ways of education and today the use of information and communication technology will undoubtedly change the learning environment.This article identifies the critical success factors of the employee's virtual training system that are used in in-service training.This study begins with a review of the literature on critical success factors for information systems and then examines the critical success factors in e-learning systems, and this article introduces a basic framework for understanding the factors that affect the success of the implementation of employee virtual education systems in organizations using the Delon and McLean information systems model, also this study can help stakeholders, including organizations, companies and their employees, in accepting and using the virtual education system in their organization.
