Investigating the Impact of Impression Management on Job Success with the Mediating Role of Leader-Member Exchange Theory in Sardrood Education

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to provide solutions for career success of education staff by examining the impact of impact management (imagery) on job success with the mediating role of the leader-follower relationship in education staff in Sardrood region. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature is part of hypothetical-deductive research. Its statistical population included all staff and teachers of Sardrood Education Department in the academic year 1398-99. The sample size was 120 based on Tapaching and Fidel (2007) sampling, 130 people were selected due to dropout, and finally 125 questionnaires were analyzed by non-random sampling method. The research tool was standard questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SPSS22 and Smart PLS statistical software. The results showed that the leader-follower relationship has an intermediary role in the impact of impact management (illustration) on the job success of education staff in Sardrood region. Also, effective management (imaging) affects the career success of education staff in Sardrood region, effective management (imaging) affects the leader-follower relationship of education staff in Sardrood region and the leader-follower relationship affects the career success of education staff Sardrood region is affected. Therefore, it is suggested that by increasing the positive imaging management skills and the correct relationship between the leader and the follower in the education organization, it will increase and promote the job success of the employees.
