Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of green transformational leadership on financial performance with emphasis on the mediating role of green human resource management and green innovation capacity. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of this study included (180 people) from the staff of Taft industrial town, who were selected by Cochran's formula of 123 people. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires indicated that the measuring instruments had good validity and reliability. The results of the hypotheses showed the confirmation of the hypotheses and the mediating role of the variables(Human resource management and green innovation capacity). Despite the designed model, It can be expected that the managers of the company can pay enough attention to the transformational leadership of Green in order to increase their financial performance in order to advance their goals. To this end, they can get help from green human resource management and green innovation capacity to improve it.
