Abstract

The purpose of the current research is to design a model of the personal development plan of elementary school principals with a Meta-synthesis approach. In terms of purpose, the current research is applied and conducted with a qualitative method. The statistical population of the current research is the studies conducted in the period from 2010 to 2022, in this regard, many studies in the field of the subject were evaluated and finally 62 articles were selected purposefully and with qualitative content analysis and inductive approach, a total of 104 codes, 13 subcategories and 4 key categories It was selected and analyzed during the systematic search and combination process, and its validity was confirmed through Kaufman's kappa test, which was equal to 0.811. Based on the combination of personal development models and programs, the research findings proposed a comprehensive model for the personal development program of primary school principals, which can be the basis of how to develop the personal development of school principals. The most important key categories identified in the personal development program of elementary school principals include the review of the personal development plan, the preparation of the personal development plan, the implementation of the personal development plan, and the results of the personal development plan.
