Investigating the Relationship between Religious Orientation and Organizational Commitment with the Responsibility of Primary School Principals in Miandoab County

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between religious orientation and organizational commitment with the responsibility of primary school principals in Miandoab. The research method used in this research is descriptive-correlation research method. The statistical population of this study includes all primary school principals in Miandoab city in the academic year 1401-1400 in the number of 150 people. From this population, a sample of 108 people (62 males and 46 females) were selected by cluster sampling. . The tools used in this study include the Alport & RAS (1950)'s Religious Orientation Questionnaire, the Moodi, Porter & Steirs (1992) Organizational Commitment Scale, and the Harrison Gaff (1984) Responsibility Scale, whose reliability was assessed using the Cronbach's test. The results of statistical analysis show that religious orientation and organizational commitment have a significant relationship with the responsibility of primary school principals in Miandoab. It was also found that there is a significant relationship between religious orientation and organizational commitment of Miandoab primary school principals. There is significance. According to the results of statistical analysis of the research, it can be said that there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and responsibility of primary school principals in Miandoab. Also, internal and external religious orientation and organizational commitment can significantly predict managers' responsibility.
