Abstract

Background and Objective: Purpose of the present research Identifying and designing a model of effective factors on the individual development of faculty members using the qualitative approach of research synthesis.
Research Methodology: The current research was conducted in the framework of a qualitative approach and using the research synthesis method with the seven-step approach of Sandelowski and Barroso (2007).The studied statistical community includes all Persian and English researches and studies published in the field of personal development between 2001 and 2022. In this regard. The keywords related to the purpose of the research were searched and the articles and professors obtained were examined using the purposeful sampling method and according to the acceptance criteria, and finally 32 articles that met the criteria for entering the study using The three-stage coding method (open, axial, selective) was analyzed through MaxQDA 2020 software. Based on the results of data analysis, 125 open codes were identified for data collection, which were categorized into 4 main categories and 20 subcategories. The results showed that individual, educational, research, organizational and social factors have an impact on the personal development of faculty members.
Findings: The results showed that individual, educational, research, organizational and social factors have an impact on the personal development of faculty members
Conclusion: The results of this study can be of interest to higher education managers in the field of human resources development to maximize the effectiveness of training courses, job satisfaction and university productivity through individual development
