For data collection, the 360-degree Brown (1990) questionnaire was used, the validity of which was obtained by experts and its reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha of 0.81. The statistical population included all secondary school principals in the 18th district of Tehran, of which 32 principals were identified and determined as the sample size. The mean test with SPSS software was used to analyze the data.
