Abstract

Considering that teachers are known as the most important and effective factor in the school. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the mediating role of emotional intelligence and teachers' self-efficacy in the relationship between innovative leadership and job performance among primary school teachers in Ardabil city. The descriptive-correlation research method is based on the structural equation model. The statistical population of this research included all the primary school teachers of Ardabil city in the number of 3920 people, of which 349 people were the statistical sample of the research based on Cochran's formula and using the multi-stage cluster random sampling method to collect The data is selected. Standard questionnaires of emotional intelligence, teachers' self-efficacy, innovative leadership and job performance were used to collect data. Also, the structural equation model method was used to analyze the findings. The results of the correlation coefficient showed that there is a significant positive correlation between the variables of emotional intelligence, teachers' self-efficacy, innovative leadership and job performance. Also, modeling the structural equations of the research variables also indicated that the causal model of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy of teachers with innovative leadership and job performance has a suitable fit. Using an innovative leadership style that is accompanied by the creation of appropriate strategies in the school, if it is successfully implemented, helps to improve the efficiency of teachers, which leads to an increase in job performance and creates a competitive advantage among teachers. to be.
