The aim of this study was to investigate the barriers to the use of educational technology in the teaching-learning process from the perspective of teachers in Sarein. The present research is a descriptive survey method. The statistical population of the study includes all primary and urban teachers and administrators of Sarein city who were teaching in the academic year 2020-2021. Sampling was selected by lottery with number card due to the small statistical population and out of 105 teachers and principals, 86 people were selected as a sample based on Morgan table and the link of the questionnaire was distributed digitally in Shad cyberspace. The Youssefi 24-item questionnaire (1996) was used to collect data. The reliability of the questionnaire was reported by Youssefi (1996) 79% and Rastegarpour and Ahmadi Gol (2014) the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.82. There is a positive and significant relationship between the way curriculum is planned in schools and the lack of use of teaching technology during education, as well as the lack of school facilities and material resources and the lack of use of technology in the teaching process. There is a significant relationship between teachers 'negative attitude towards educational technology and not using educational technology in the teaching and learning process and between how to evaluate teachers' performance and not using educational technology in the teaching and learning process.
