The issue of organizational accountability as one of the topics in today's organizations has attracted a lot of attention and the analysis of this concept requires the identification and control of numerous factors inside and outside the organization. The present study is a descriptive correlational model (structural equation model), which was conducted to investigate the effect of ethical leadership and job motivation on organizational accountability mediated by organizational voice among the staff of Mohaghegh Ardabili University. The statistical population of the present study consists of 713 faculty and non-faculty members of Mohaghegh Ardabili University in 1401-1400. The sampling method used was multi-stage clustering and due to the heterogeneity of the statistical population, stratified sampling method was used. From the aforementioned statistical population, according to Morgan's table, a sample of 321 people (173 females and 148 males) were selected. Information needed to answer research questions and hypotheses was collected through written questionnaires. Data analysis was performed in two sections of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SPSS and lisrel software. The results indicate that the rate of direct impact of ethical leadership on job motivation is 0.32, job motivation on organizational voice 0.28, organizational voice on organizational accountability is 0.12. Given the impact of leadership style and job motivation on organizational accountability, it is necessary for managers of organizations to use ethical leadership style and provide a basis for expressing the ideas and thoughts of employees.
