بررسی و تببین رابطه بین موانع زیرساختی، فنی و تجهیزاتی با استفاده درست و بهینه از شبکه اجتماعی دانش آموزان(شاد) از دیدگاه مدیران مدارس شهرستان دورود

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف آگاهی از رابطه بین موانع زیرساختی، فنی و تجهیزاتی با استفاده درست و بهینه از شبکه اجتماعی دانش آموزان (شاد) از دیدگاه مدیران مدارس شهرستان دورود به انجام رسیده است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل116 نفر از مدیران مدارس شهرستان دورود است که به دلیل محدویت جامعه آماری از روش سرشماری استفاده شد و همه اعضاء جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری داده‌های مورد نیاز پژوهش از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. پایایی پرسش‌نامه بر اساس فرمول ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 82/. برآورد گردید. برای تحلیل داده‌های گردآوری شده در بخش آمار توصیفی از فراوانی، درصد و میانگین و در بخش آمار استنباطی نیز از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و کلموگروف اسمیرنف برای تعیین نرمال بودن داده‌ها استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نرم افزار آماری SPSS26 مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است.
یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که از دیدگاه مدیران مدارس شهرستان دورود بین موانع زیرساختی (545/0)، موانع فنی(489/0) و تجهیزانی(551/0) با استفاده درست و بهینه از شبکه اجتماعی دانش آموزان(شاد) رابطه مثبت و معنی دار وجود دارد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: بدون تردید توجه و تقویت زیرساخت های فنی و تجهیزاتی می تواند نقش مهم و غیرقابل انکاری در استفاده و بهره گیری هر چه بیشتر از شبکه اجتماعی دانش آموزان(شاد) شود

Introduction and Objective: This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between infrastructural, technical and equipment barriers with the correct and optimal use of students' social networks (SHAD) from the perspective of school administrators in Dorud city.
Research Methodology: The present study is a descriptive-survey type of correlation. The statistical population of the study includes 116 school administrators in Dorud city. Due to the limitation of the statistical population, the census method was used and all members of the statistical population were studied. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the data required for the study. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated at 82/. based on the Cronbach's alpha coefficient formula. For analyzing the collected data, frequency, percentage and mean were used in the descriptive statistics section, and in the inferential statistics section, the Pearson and Kolmogorov-Smirnov correlation coefficients were used to determine the normality of the data. SPSS 26 statistical software was used to analyze the data.
Findings: The research findings showed that from the perspective of school administrators in Dorud city, there is a positive and significant relationship between infrastructure barriers (0.545), technical barriers (0.489) and equipment barriers (0.551) with the correct and optimal use of the students' social network (SHAD).
Discussion and Conclusion: Without a doubt, paying attention to and strengthening technical and equipment infrastructure can play an important and undeniable role in using and benefiting as much as possible from the students' social network (SHAD(.
