چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی فرهنگ کیفیت در دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان براساس نظریه داده بنیاد می باشد. این مطالعه به روش کیفی، با بهره گیری از روش نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. محققان در این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد نمونه گیری هدفمند، 18 نفر از اساتید،کارمندان، مدیران گروه ها، دانشجویان، رئیس دانشکده و معاون دانشکده ها در دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان را انتخاب و بصورت عمیق مصاحبه انجام دادند؛ همچنین در کنار مصاحبه ها برنامه راهبردی دانشگاه و نشریه الکترونیکی روابط عمومی دانشگاه، طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی داده های کیفی، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج گویای آن است که 154 گزاره مفهومی اولیه، با 25 مقوله فرعی و13 مقوله اصلی در قالب ابعاد 6 گانه، مدل پارادایمی به دست آمد. این مدل، متشکل از شرایط علّی؛ «فرهنگ آکادمیک، مدیریت آموزش عالی و عوامل ساختاری در دانشگاه»، پدیده اصلی ؛ «کیفیت آموزش عالی»، شرایط مداخله‌ای؛ «عوامل مرتبط با شرایط محیطی»، شرایط زمینه ای؛ «موقعیت خاص دانشگاه، ارتباطات و تعاملات بین اعضا و میزان مشارکت بین اعضا در سازمان»، راهبردها شامل؛ «بهبود فرایند کار دانشگاه، راهبردهای توسعه دانشگاه و توانمند سازی اعضا» و پیامدها شامل؛ «رضایت ذینفعان، تعالی سازمانی و پاسخگویی به جامعه» شناسایی و روابط بین آنها در قالب مدل پارادایمی اشتراس و کوربین ترسیم و ارائه شد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality culture in Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University based on grounded theory. This qualitative study was carried out by using the grounded theory method. In this research, using purposive sampling approach, the researchers selected and conducted in-depth interviews with 18 faculty members, staff, department heads, students, faculty dean and deputy at Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University. The university's strategic plan and the university's public relations e-journal also, were analyzed during three open, axial and selective coding stages of qualitative data. The results show that 154 initial conceptual propositions, with 25 subcategories and 13 main categories in the form of 6 dimensions of paradigm model. This model consists of causal conditions; "academic culture, higher education management and structural factors at university", the main phenomenon; "quality of higher education"; interventional conditions; "environmental related factors"; contextual conditions; University-specific situation, communication and interactions among members and the extent of inter-member participation in the organization ", strategies include;" Improving the university work process, university development strategies and member empowerment "and the And the outcomes include stakeholder satisfaction, organizational excellence, and accountability to community; And the relationships between them were illustrated and presented in the form of the Strauss-Corbin paradigm model.
