تحلیلی بر وضعیت موجود آموزش در مدارس روستایی و ارائه راهکارهایی با تمرکز بر تقویت پیوند مدرسه با اجتماع محلی(بازاندیشی نسبت مدرسه با اجتماع)

چکیده

دراین مقاله ابتدا به بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش و پرورش روستایی و مسائل و مشکلات موجود در این مدارس پرداخته و سپس با تمرکز بر برقراری پیوند بین مدرسه واجتماع، چند راهکار و راه حل را که با مطالعه اسناد و منابع معتبر از تجارب موفق سایر کشورها بدست آمده، ارائه خواهد شد. روش مورد استفاده در این تحقیق، روش توصیفی تحلیلی است که در آن پس از تحلیل وضعیت موجود، مسأله شناسایی و دقیقاً ترسیم شده و از ابعادمختلف مورد واکاوی قرار می گیرد. سپس باجمع آوری مدارک و شواهدی معتبر و همچنین تجارب موفق در این زمینه، مسئله تبیین و تشریح می شود و راه حلهایی متناسب با شرایط موجود پیشنهاد می گردد. برای این منظور مقالات متعدد درباره آموزش روستایی، مدارس روستایی و برنامه ریزی درسی مدارس روستایی داخلی و خارجی مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرارگرفته و تحلیل شدند تا تصویری جامع بدست آید. در پایان با تبیین پیوند بین مدرسه و اجتماع، وجایگاه و نقش مدرسه در ارتباط با توسعه روستایی و نیازهای اجتماع روستایی، به لزوم بازاندیشی در پیوند مدرسه و روستا اشاره کرده و در این راستا، رویکردهایی ازجمله زمینه مندسازی برنامه درسی و راهبرد آموزش مکان محور به منظور بهبود کیفیت آموزشهای روستایی و معنادارساختن آنها ارائه می شوند

This paper investigate current situation of rural education in schools and that's problems, then introduce some approaches and resolutions based on successful experiences and valid researches, with focus on promoting linkage between school and community. The research method is the descriptive-analytic method, which after analyzing current situation, at first the problem will be recognized and then analyzed. Then the problem will be explain and reorganized by using other experiences and then the solutions will be introduced.
