نقش واسطه‌ای الهام در رابطه آموزش کارآفرینی (برنامه درسی و فوق‌برنامه) و ذهنیت کارآفرینانه دانشجویان

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هدف پژوهش بررسی تأثیر آموزش کارآفرینی بر ذهنیت کارآفرینانه دانشجویان با نقش واسطه‌ای الهام کارآفرینانه بوده است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های دولتی ایران هستند. روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه ای و حجم نمونه (روش جی پاور) 100 نفر از دانشجویان بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه آموزش کارآفرینی، الهام و  ذهنیت کارآفرینانه Cui, Sun & Bell (2021) استفاده گردید. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از معادلات ساختاری و از نرم‌افزار SPSS  و PLS استفاده شد
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد فعالیت‌های فوق ‌برنامه با الهام کارآفرینانه و ابعاد ذهنیت رابطه مثبت دارد؛ الهام کارآفرینانه با فرصت‌طلبی، تحمل ابهام، خوش‌بینی ارادی و در کل با ذهنیت کارآفرینانه رابطه مثبت دارد و الهام کارآفرینانه نقش واسطه‌ای در رابطه فوق‌برنامه و ذهنیت کارآفرینانه دارد؛ اما حضور در برنامه درسی با الهام و ذهنیت کارآفرینانه رابطه ندارد؛ الهام کارآفرینانه با گرایش به ریسک رابطه ندارد و الهام کارآفرینانه نقش واسطه‌ای در رابطه حضور در برنامه درسی و ذهنیت کارآفرینانه ندارد. درنهایت، تأثیر مستقیم فعالیت‌های فوق‌برنامه به‌طور قابل‌توجهی مثبت بود درحالی‌که درباره حضور برنامه درسی تأثیر مثبتی مشاهده نشد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: برنامه‌ریزی توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی  باید مولفه ذهنیت کارآفرینانه را در نظر داشته باشند که این امر درگرو رها شدن از اجرای برنامه‌های درسی اجباری در سیستم رسمی و روی آوردن به فعالیت‌های فوق‌برنامه است. در این زمینه می‌توان دروس اختیاری و فعالیت‌های فوق‌برنامه بیشتری را به نسبت برنامه درسی اجباری و حضور در برنامه‌های رسمی، طراحی  نمود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of entrepreneurship education on students' entrepreneurial Mindset with the mediating role of inspiration. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature. The statistical population of this study is Students of Iranian public universities. The sampling method was available and the sample size(G*Powe) was 100 students. Cui Sun & Bell (2021) questionnaire was used to collect data. In order to analyze the data were used structural equation and Smart PLS3 software. Findings show that Extracurricular activities have a positive relationship with entrepreneurial inspiration and dimensions of Mindset; Entrepreneurial inspiration has a positive relationship with Alertness to opportunity, Ambiguity tolerance, Dispositional optimism and in general with entrepreneurial Mindset and entrepreneurial inspiration has a mediating role in the relationship between Extracurricular activities and entrepreneurial Mindset. But Curriculum attendance has nothing to do with entrepreneurial inspiration and Mindset; Entrepreneurial inspiration has nothing to do with Risk propensity, and entrepreneurial inspiration has no mediating role in the relationship between the Curriculum attendance and the entrepreneurial mindset. Finally, the direct impact of extracurricular activities was significantly positive, while there was no positive effect on Curriculum attendance. The findings of this study can help to be aware of the design and evaluation of entrepreneurship education programs in the future.
