بررسی اثر آوای سازمانی بر مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی با نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر آوای سازمانی بر مسئولیت­پذیری اجتماعی با نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری شامل تمامی معلمان شاغل در شهر سیلوانا در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 به تعداد ۱۲۹۷ نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای-طبقه‌ای و بر اساس جدول مورگان ۲۹۷  نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد مسئولیت­پذیری اجتماعی کارول  (1991)، مقیاس آوای سازمانی هامس (2012) و پرسشنامه رفتار شهروندی سازمانی لی و آلن (2002) جمع‌آوری شدند. جهت سنجش روایی پرسشنامه‌ها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد و پایایی آن‌ها به کمک آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری در در نرم افزارهای SPSS 24 و LISREL 8.8  تحلیل شدند
یافته‌ها: نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که آوای سازمانی بر مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی (43/0) و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی (61/0) اثر مستقیم و معناداری دارد؛ رفتار شهروندی سازمانی بر مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی (51/0) اثر مستقیم و معناداری دارد؛ همچنین اثر غیر مستقیم آوای سازمانی بر مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی با نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با ضریب (۳۱/۰) مثبت و معنادار است.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده جهت ارتقا و بهبود مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی معلمان توجه به آوای سازمانی و استقبال از اظهارنظرها و ایده‌های سازنده و تشویق آن‌ها به فعالیت‌های مشارکتی و همکارانه ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: The current research aims to investigate the effect of organizational voice on social responsibility with the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior.
research methodology: The statistical population included all the teachers working in the city of Silvana in the academic year of 2021-2023 in the number of 1297 people whom 297 were selected as a statistical sample for the study using the stratified cluster sampling method and based on Morgan's table. The required information was collected through the standard social responsibility questionnaires of Caroll, (1991), the organizational voice scale of Hames, (2012), and the organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire of Li & Alen, (2002). To measure the validity of the questionnaires, confirmatory factor analysis was used and their reliability was confirmed with the help of Cronbach's alpha. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and structural equation model in SPSS 24 and LISREL 8.8 software.
Findings: The obtained results showed that organizational voice has a direct and significant effect on social responsibility (0.43) and organizational citizenship behavior (0.61); Organizational citizenship behavior has a direct and significant effect on social responsibility (0.51); Also, the indirect effect of organizational voice on social responsibility with the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior is positive and significant with a coefficient (0.31).
Conclusion: Based on the obtained results, to promote and improve the social responsibility of teachers, it seems necessary to pay attention to the organizational voice welcome constructive comments and ideas, and encourage them for cooperative and collaborative activities.
