نقش میانجی نیازهای اساسی روانشناختی در تاثیرگذاری رهبری تحول گرا بر رفتار کاری نوآورانه ( مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه اصفهان)

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هدف از این مطالعه بررسی نقش میانجی نیازهای اساسی روانشناختی در تاثیرگذاری رهبری تحول­گرا بر رفتار کاری­نوآورانه می­باشد.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف  کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی -  همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان دانشگاه اصفهان می­­­باشد. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 291 نفر تعیین شد و نمونه­گیری با استفاده از روش در دسترس انجام شد.  برای جمع­آوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه­های نیازهای اساسی روانشناختی گاردیا، دسی و رایان (2000) با 21 گویه، رهبری تحول­گرا باس و آلیو  (1997) با 20 گویه و رفتار کاری­نوآورانه دیجانگ و دنهارتوگ (2010)  با 10 گویه استفاده­شد.  برای تجزیه­وتحلیل داده‌ها و به‌کارگیری تحلیل­های آماری نیز از نرم‌افزارهایSPSS  و SMART PLS3  استفاده ‌شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایح مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان­داد، رهبری تحول­گرا بر نیازهای اساسی روانشناختی  تاثیر معنی­دار دارد. همچنین رهبری تحول­گرا بر رفتار­کاری نوآورانه تاثیر معنی­دار دارد. نتایج نشان­داد که نیازهای اساسی روانشناختی در تاثیرگذاری رهبری تحول­گرا بر رفتار­کاری نوآورانه نقش میانجی دارد، همچنین تاثیر نیازهای اساسی روانشناختی بر رفتارکاری نوآورانه مورد تایید قرار­گرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: به مدیران دانشگاه پیشنهاد می­شود جهت تقویت رفتارهای کاری­نوآورانه در دانشگاه  با استفاده از ظرفیت غنی موجود یعنی اساتید و پژوهشگران خبره با راه­اندازی مراکز و سراهای نوآوری برای کارکنان جهت تقویت رفتارهای کاری­نوآورانه اقدام نمایند.

Background and Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of basic psychological needs in the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior.
research methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of nature. The statistical population includes employees of Isfahan University. The sample size was determined based on Morgan's table of 291 people and sampling was done using the available method. To collect data from the basic psychological needs questionnaires of Guardia, Desi and Ryan (2000) with 21 items, transformational leadership by Bass and Alio (1997) with 20 items and innovative work behavior by Dejang and Denhartog (2010). It was used with 10 items. SPSS and SMART PLS3 software were used for data analysis and statistical analysis.
Findings: The results of the structural equation model showed that transformational leadership has a significant effect on basic psychological needs. Also, transformational leadership has a significant effect on innovative work behavior. The results showed that basic psychological needs play a mediating role in the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior, also the effect of basic psychological needs on innovative work behavior was confirmed.
Conclusion: It is suggested to the university managers to strengthen the innovative work behaviors in the university by using the existing rich capacity, i.e. expert professors and researchers, by setting up centers and innovation centers for the employees to strengthen the innovative work behaviors.
