تحلیل پدیدارشناسانه برنامه کارآموزی مهارت آموزان طرح استخدامی ماده 28 وزارت آموزش و پرورش

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: رویکرد راهبردی و عملکردی در برنامه درسی نظام تربیت معلم نقش مهمی در توانمندسازی و تربیت سرمایه انسانی مورد نیاز نظام آموزشی ایفا می‎کند. هدف پژوهش، شناسایی نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید دوره کارآموزی مهارت‌آموزان دانشگاه فرهنگیان تهران بود. 
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) بود. در بخش کیفی از اعضای هیأت علمی و کارآموزان دانشگاه فرهنگیان به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 18 نفر انتخاب و با آن‌ها مصاحبه شد. در بخش کمی از اعضای هیئت‌علمی و کارآموزان پردیس‎های دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان تهران در سال تحصیلی 1400-1401 تعداد 288 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه‎گیری طبقه‎ای نسبی انتخاب و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته برای آن‌ها اجرا شد. تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون، مدل SWOT و ماتریس برنامه‌ریزی کمی (QSPM) انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: دستاور پژوهش شناسایی 16 مؤلفه نقاط قوت و ضعف و 18 مؤلفه فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای برنامه کارآموزی مهارت آموزان طرح استخدامی ماده 28 وزارت آموزش و پرورش بود. همچنین، بر اساس ماتریس برنامه‌ریزی کمی 8 راهبرد برای رویارویی با ضعف‌ها و تهدیدها و تقویت توانایی‌ها و فرصت‌های برنامه کارورزی مهارت‌آموزان تدوین گردید.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش تأکید می‎کند، راهبرد توسعه و تجهیز امکانات سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری پردیس‌ها و مراکز مجری، بیشترین و راهبرد تقویت اطلاع‌رسانی قابلیت‌های برنامه جدید، کمترین جذابیت را دارد. دستاورد این مطالعه دریچه‌های جدیدی را بر روی ایجاد تغییرات مطلوب در بازنگری برنامه آموزش مهارت آموزان و برنامه‌ریزی‌های راهبردی تحقیق و توسعه در این عرصه می‌گشاید.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: Our focus in this research is on the internship curriculum of the teacher training system. The purpose of the research was to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the internship course of Farhangian University of Tehran.
Research Methodology: The methodology of this study is mixed method. In the qualitative part, the participants of the research were 18 of faculty members that were interviewed. The data analysis of this section was thematic analysis method. In the quantitative part of the statistical population were 228 faculty members and interns of Farhangian University. The data collection tool was the researcher-made questionnaire. For data analysis, content analysis and SWOT model were used.
Findings: The results of the research led to the identification of 8 components of the strengths and weaknesses and 9 components of the opportunities and threats of the training program of the skills trainees of the employment plan of Article 28 of the Ministry of Education. In addition, 8 strategies were formulated to face the weaknesses and threats and strengthen the abilities and opportunities of the internship program of skilled learners.
Conclusion: The findings of this research emphasize the strategies to deal with weaknesses and threats and the development of opportunities and strengths. The result of this study opens new windows on creating desirable changes in the revision of the skill-training program and strategic planning of research and development in this field.
