بررسی انعکاس سازه رهبری و مسوولیت پذیری در آینه کتاب‌های درسی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان انعکاس مفاهیم رهبری و مسئولیتپذیری در کتب دوره ابتدایی است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت توصیفی و از نظر روش از نوع تحلیل محتوا با به کارگیری روش «آنتروپی شانون» است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کتاب­های دوره ابتدایی است، نمونه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کتاب­های بخوانیم شش پایه دوره ابتدایی در سال 1399- 1400 است. ابزار پژوهش چک لیست و فیش برداری بود. واحد تحلیل محتوا در این پژوهش، کلیه متن کتاب­ها، فعالیت­ها، تصاویر و پرسش­های مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم (مفهوم آنها) درباره هر یک از مؤلفه­هایرهبری و مسئولیت­پذیری می­باشد؛ بیان شده است. سپس کتاب­های بخوانیم دوره ابتدایی به طور عمقی و هدفمند مطالعه شد و جملاتی که شامل مؤلفه­ها و زیرمؤلفه­های و یا دارای مفهومی شبیه به آنها بود، ثبت گردید. پس از گردآوری نمونه­های آماری به خلاصه کردن، کدبندی و دسته­بندی آنها اقدام شد و در نهایت پردازش شدند. در این فرآیند، جداول توزیع فراوانی به ازای هر کتاب تنظیم و واحدهای محتوا مورد شمارش و تحلیل با روش آنتروپی شانون انجام گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل محتوای کتاب­های بخوانیم پس از تفسیر داده­ها بر اساس ضریب اهمیت بدست آمده؛ نشان داد  بعد اخلاقی- فرهنگی با ضریب اهمیت (206/0) در رتبه اول، بعدهای اجتماعی- سیاسی و محیط زیست (201/0) در رتبه دوم و بعد قانونی با ضریب اهمیت (195/0) کم­ترین اولویت را در بین سایر ابعاد مسئولیت­پذیری به خود اختصاص داده­ است.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: بنابراین می­توان نتیجه گرفت که ضریب اهمیت ابعاد رهبری و مسئولیت­پذیری در کتاب­های درسی یکسان نیستند.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which the concepts of leadership and responsibility are reflected in primary school textbooks.
Research methodology: This study make use of a descriptive and content analysis type using "Shannon Entropy". The population includes all the books of the elementary school, the statistical sample of this research includes the books we read in the six grades of the elementary school in the year 2008-2019. The research tool was checklist and questionnaire. The unit of content analysis in this research is all the text of books, activities, pictures and questions directly or indirectly (their meaning) about each of the components of leadership and responsibility; is stated Then, the books to be read in the elementary school were studied deeply and purposefully, and the sentences containing the components and sub-components or having a concept similar to them were recorded. After collecting statistical samples, they were summarized, coded and categorized and finally processed. In this process, abundance distribution tables for each set of books and content units were counted and analyzed with Shannon's entropy method.
Findings: The results showed that in the read books, after interpreting the data based on the obtained importance coefficient; In the content of the textbooks, let's read the moral-cultural dimension with the importance coefficient (0.206) in the first place, social-political and environmental dimensions (0.201) in the second place and the legal dimension with the importance coefficient (0.195). ) has assigned the lowest priority among other dimensions of responsibility.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that the coefficient of importance of the dimensions of leadership and responsibility in textbooks are not the same.
