چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: توانمندسازی کلید موفقیت سازمان‌ها و نظام‌های آموزشی بوده و دانشگاه‌ها باید برای توسعه، اثربخشی، ارتقای توانمندی‌ها و شایستگی‌های اعضای هیئت علمی خود گام‌های موثری در این زمینه بردارند. هدف این پژوهش توانمندسازی اعضای هیئت علمی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان قم به روش آمیخته با رویکرد معادلات ساختاری بود.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش در بخش کیفی استفاده از نظریه داده‌بنیاد و در بخش کمّی، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری تعداد15 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه، صاحبنظر در حوزه توانمندسازی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی و مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته، و در بخش کمّی دربرگیرنده تمامی اعضای هیئت علمی تمام‌وقت دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان قم(221 نفر) بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران145 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از مدل اشتراوس و کوربین در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی و در بخش کمّی از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج فاز کیفی کشف 145 مفهوم،12 مقوله اصلی و32 مقوله فرعی شامل عوامل علّی، زمینه‌ای،مداخله‌گر،راهبردها و پیامدها بود. در فاز کمّی روایی صوری توسط تعدادی از نمونه آماری و روایی محتوایی آن توسط چندنفر از متخصصان تایید و پایایی ابزار با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای تمام مقوله‌ها بالاتر از7/0 برآورد گردید.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد توانمندسازی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه، موجب می‌گردد که دانشگاه در محیط رقابتی به‌گونه‌ای موفق عمل کند که علاوه‌بر اثرپذیری از محیط، برآن اثرگذار نیز باشد.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: Empowerment is the key to the success of educational organizations and systems. The purpose of this research was to present a pattern of empowerment of faculty members in the Islamic Azad University of Qom province.
research methodology: The study used a qualitative approach based on Grounded Theory and a quantitative survey method. For the qualitative part, 15 university faculty members were selected through snowball sampling and semi-structured interviews. The quantitative sample comprised all full-time faculty at the Islamic Azad University Qom (221 members), with 145 selected using Cochran's formula. Data analysis in the qualitative part utilized the Strauss and Corbin model's three coding stages: open, axial, and selective coding. In the quantitative phase, confirmatory factor analysis was employed.
Findings: The qualitative findings identified 145 concepts, 12 main categories, and 32 subcategories, including causal, contextual, intervening factors, strategies, and outcomes. The quantitative phase confirmed face validity with statistical samples, and content validity was validated by experts. Reliability for all categories exceeded 0.7, as measured by Cronbach's alpha.
Conclusion: The results of the research showed that the empowerment of the faculty members of the university makes the university to operate successfully in a competitive environment in such a way that while being influenced by the environment, it also has an effect on it.
