[English]

Background and Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the components of lean leadership in educational organizations.
research methodology: The research method employed in this study was qualitative and of the "synthesis" type. Data collection was conducted through documentary methods by analyzing all scientific sources related to the topic of lean leadership and lean educational organizations within the time period of 2013-2025. In this regard, keywords related to the past two decades, including "lean leadership," "lean school," "lean university," "lean school leadership," and "lean university leadership" were examined in domestic scientific databases such as the Scientific Information Database (SID), as well as international databases including Google Scholar, Scopus, Emerald, Elsevier, ProQuest, and Springer.
Findings: Through comprehensive analysis of 36 sources from 307 initial sources, 8 main components were identified and classified as lean leadership components in educational organizations: continuous improvement culture, vision and purpose, effective communication, coaching and empowerment, individual support, value stream (value creation and waste elimination), meritocracy, and learner-centeredness
Conclusion: he results indicate that the 8 components derived from this meta-synthesis study can serve as a pattern for lean leadership in educational organizations aimed at improving educational quality.
