شناسایی عوامل موثر بر اخلاق تحصیلی در مدرسه : رویکرد کیفی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی شناسایی عوامل موثر بر اخلاق تحصیلی در مدرسه با استفاده از تحلیل کیفی انجام شده است.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است و با استفاده از راهبرد مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شده است. نمونه‌گیری استفاده شده در این پژوهش، نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای و با شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود. مبنع اصلی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، انجام مصاحبه‌های عمیق با خبرگان، مدیران، معلمان و متخصصین حوزه آموزش تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری بوده است. در مجموع 16 مصاحبه انجام شد. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها در طی سه مرحله، کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری نظری و کدگذاری انتخابی تحلیل شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش که پس از انجام مراحل سه گانه کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، مدل نهایی پژوهش است. نشان می‌دهد عوامل موثر بر اخلاق تحصیلی در مدرسه با 52 کد و در 9 مقوله سازمان‌دهنده و 3 مقوله اصلی شامل عوامل درون مدرسه ای(منابع انسانی، رهبری آموزشی و برنامه های آموزشی)، عوامل ساختاری(فرهنگ آموزشگاهی، مدیریت آموزشگاهی و فناوری و رسانه‌ها) و عوامل محیطی(عوامل خانوادگی، عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی و حمایت روانی و عاطفی) می‌باشد.

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با کاربست عوامل شناسایی شده می‌توان مهارت‌های اخلاقی را به دانش‌آموزان آموخت تا با استفاده از آن‌ها بتوانند به توسعه تحصیلی و اخلاقی برسند

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: The present study aimed to identify the factors affecting academic ethics in school using qualitative analysis.

research methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and was conducted using a grounded theory strategy. The sampling used in this research was cluster sampling and purposive sampling. The main source of data collection was in-depth interviews with experts, managers, teachers, and specialists in the field of education until theoretical saturation was achieved. A total of 16 interviews were conducted. The results of data analysis were analyzed in three stages: open coding, theoretical coding, and selective coding.

Findings: The findings of the research, which is the final research model after completing the three stages of open, axial and selective coding, show that the factors affecting academic ethics in schools are 52 codes and in 9 organizing categories and 3 main categories including intra-school factors (human resources, educational leadership and educational programs), structural factors (school culture, school management and technology and media) and environmental factors (family factors, cultural and social factors and psychological and emotional support).

Discussion and Conclusion: By applying the identified factors, students can be taught ethical skills so that they can achieve academic and ethical development.
