Background and Objective:This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the mediating role of Job Embeddedness in the relationship between servant leadership and talent management with employee work participation.
research methodology: This research was in terms of the fundamental goal and in terms of the descriptive research method of the correlation type using the structural equation method. The research population included all the elementary school teachers of Kashan city in the academic year of 1403, 600 of whom were selected as a sample according to Morgan's table and using simple random sampling method. To collect data, the Congo Work Participation Questionnaire (1982), the Servant Leadership Questionnaire of Qolipour et al. (2018), the talent management of Ahmadi et al. (2018) andthe Job Embeddedness of Holtom, Mitchell, Lee, and Teed (2006) were used.
Findings: The findings of the research showed that servant leadership has a positive and direct effect on the work participation of employees, job entanglement has a positive and direct effect on the work participation of employees, Job Embeddedness has a positive and direct effect on the work participation of employees, servant leadership with the mediating role of Job Embeddedness has an indirect effect on the work participation of employees. Talent management with the mediating role of Job Embeddedness has an indirect effect on employees' work participation.
Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that servant leadership, talent management and Job Embeddedness are important and effective variables on employees' work participation.
