Background and Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the impact of electronic human resources management (e-HRM) on the educational effectiveness of Payam Noor University in Ardabil Province.
research methodology: An applied, descriptive-analytical survey design was employed. The statistical population included all faculty members, managers, staff, and students of Payam Noor University in Ardabil. Using Cochran’s formula, a random sample of 380 individuals was selected. Data were collected via a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS and Excel. Correlation tests, regression analysis, one-sample T-test, and Friedman test were applied for data analysis
Findings: The results indicated that the organizational index, with a mean score of 2.19, was less favorable compared to the other indices, whereas the technological index, with a mean score of 2.73, was considered above the mid-point. Among the indices, respondents regarded the technological component as the most important factor.
Conclusion: Technological, organizational, behavioral, and environmental components significantly influence the acceptance and effectiveness of the e-HRM system, with the technological component having the greatest impact. Based on these findings, practical recommendations are provided for organizational managers, and suggestions are made for future research.
