In today's complex and dynamic world, where organizations are faced with rapid environmental changes, social pressures, and increasing ethical expectations, the need for ethical leadership is felt more than ever. Ethical leadership, as one of the new leadership styles, seeks to encourage employees to perform desirable and ethical behaviors by expanding ethics, organizational justice, and creating mutual trust, thereby increasing the organization's performance and productivity. The findings of the present study showed that ethical leaders in educational organizations, especially elementary schools, can significantly increase the level of organizational vitality of teachers by creating a supportive environment, mutual respect, and intrinsic motivation. Organizational vitality, which is considered one of the important components of employees' mental health and job well-being, has acted as a mediating variable between ethical leadership and organizational effectiveness in this study. In other words, when school administrators demonstrate ethical behaviors, the level of organizational vitality increases by increasing the sense of belonging, trust, motivation, and job satisfaction among employees, which indirectly increases organizational effectiveness. The results of data analysis in SPSS and SmartPLS software indicated that all research hypotheses were confirmed. In addition, the mediating role of organizational vitality in the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational effectiveness was also confirmed. Accordingly, it can be concluded that in order to increase productivity and achieve educational goals, educational organizations should cultivate ethical leaders who have the ability to motivate, revitalize, and commit employees.
