Background and Objective: Introduction and Objective: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between distributed leadership and educational quality with the mediating role of teacher autonomy and innovation.
research methodology: The research method was a descriptive correlational research using the structural equation method. The statistical population of this study included 1554 secondary school teachers in Tabriz, of whom 310 were selected as samples according to the Cochran formula and using the available sampling method. To collect data, Gholami et al.'s Distributed Leadership Questionnaire (2014), Gole Dari et al.'s Teacher Independence (2014), Johnson's Teacher Innovation (2000), and Mousavi et al.'s Educational Quality (2017) were used. Findings: The results of data analysis showed that distributed leadership has a positive and direct effect on educational quality, distributed leadership has a positive and direct effect on teachers' job autonomy, distributed leadership has a positive and direct effect on teachers' innovation, teachers' independence has a positive and direct effect on teachers' educational quality, job innovation has a positive and direct effect on educational quality, independence plays a mediating role in the relationship between distributed leadership and educational quality, and innovation plays a mediating role in the relationship between distributed leadership and educational quality. Discussion and Conclusion: students.
Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that distributed leadership, teacher independence, and teacher innovation are factors affecting educational quality among teachers that researchers in the field of education can pay special attention to.
