توسعه‌ی الگوی فرایندی پیشران‌ها و پیامدهای تجاری‌سازی آموزش عالی: رویکرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد

چکیده

در سال‌های اخیر،اصول بازار و معیارهای تجاری بر قوانین و ارزش‌های مؤسسات آموزشی مسلط شده‌اند به گونه‌ای که در این نگرش،مؤسسات آموزشی به عنوان بنگاه اقتصادی و فراگیر به عنوان مصرف کننده در نظر گرفته می‌شود. بررسی فرایند شکل‌گیری این نگرش، زمینه‌ها و پیامدهای آن می‌تواند در مدیریت صحیح آن مؤثر باشد.بنابراین هدف پژوهش ارائه الگوی مفهومی تجاری‌سازی آموزش از دیدگاه مجریان بوده است. رویکرد پژوهش کیفی بود و از روش از نظریه داده بنیاد سیستماتیک استفاده شد.جامعه آماری پژوهش 20 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی مؤسسات آموزشی اصفهان بوده‌اند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها به روش مصاحبه عمیق و سؤالات باز جمع‌آوری شده است.سپس این مصاحبه‌های کیفی با نرم‌افزار Atlas.Ti کدگذاری انجام شد. بادسته‌بندی کدهای باز مقوله‌های اصلی شناسایی ودرمرحله پایانی با مشخص شدن ارتباط بین مقوله‌ها کدگذاری محوری و گزینشی انجام و مدل الگوی مفهومی ارائه شد.تحلیل داده‌های کیفی الگوی مفهومی فرایند تجاری‌سازی آموزش را در 5 بُعد شرایط علِّی (افزایش تقاضا برای آموزش،بحران اقتصادی دولت ) شرایط زمینه‌ای (قوانین آموزشی جهانی و داخلی، تحولات آموزشی) شرایط مداخله‌گر(جهانی شدن،نظم نوین جهانی، تحول فرهنگی، اقتصادی و سیاسی)، مقوله مرکزی (تقاضا برای افزایش درآمد مؤسسات آموزشی) راهبردها (کسب درآمد ازآموزش از طریق تجاری‌سازی آموزش، خصوصی‌سازی آموزش) وپیامدها(9 پیامد مثبت و 21 پیامد منفی تجاری سازی آموزش) را شامل می‌شود. پژوهش با بررسی مقوله مرکزی تقاضا برای افزایش درآمد مؤسسات آموزشی عوامل علی، شرایط زمینه‌ای فرهنگی و شرایط مداخله‌گررابررسی کرده وتوصیه‌هایی رادرجهت سیاست‌گذاری دولت درروند ارائه خدمات آموزشی مؤسسات پیشنهاد داده است.

چکیده [English]

In recent years, market principles and business criteria have dominated the rules and values of educational institutions in such a way that in this attitude, educational institutions are considered as economic enterprises and learner as consumers. Therefore, the aim of the research was to provide a conceptual model of commercialization of education from the point of view of administrators. The approach of the research was qualitative and the method of systematic grounded theory was used. the statistical population of the research were 20 faculty members of Isfahan educational institutions, who were selected by purposeful sampling and until theoretical saturation was reached. Data was collected through in-depth interviews. Then these qualitative interviews were coded with Atlas.Ti software. Qualitative data analysis of the conceptual model of the process of commercialization of education in 5 dimensions: causal conditions (increasing demand for education, economic crisis of the government), contextual conditions (international and domestic educational laws, educational developments), intervening conditions (globalization, new world order, cultural, economic transformation and political), the central category (demand to increase the income of educational institutions) includes strategies (making money from education through commercialization of education, privatization of education) and consequences (9 positive consequences and 21 negative consequences of commercialization of education). By examining the central category of demand for increasing the income of educational institutions, the research has examined the causal factors, cultural background conditions and intervening conditions and has proposed recommendations for the government's policy in the process of providing educational services of the institutions.
