بررسی تأثیر شایستگی های مدیریتی بر هویت اجتماعی با توجه به نقش میانجی اخلاق حرفه ای در میان اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه امیر کبیر

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: مدیریت و توسعه شایستگی­های مدیران و توجه به اخلاق حرفه­ای و شناسایی عوامل هویت یابی مدیران می­تواند به طور موثری در تعالی نظام آموزش عالی نقش موثری را ایفا کند، از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف تأثیر شایستگی­های مدیریتی با نقش میانجی­گری اخلاق کاری بر هویت اجتماعی اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه امیرکبیر انجام گردید.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نوع کمی و طرح همبستگی از نوع مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری، کلیه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه امیرکبیر(672 نفر) که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان، نمونه‌ای به حجم 195 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. از سه پرسشنامه شایستگی دانایی‌فرد و همکاران(1388)، هویت اجتماعی ریچارد چنکینز (2008) و اخلاق حرفه­ای قاسم­زاده (1393) استفاده شد. به منظور بررسی روابط بین متغیرها، چهار فرضیه با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرارگرفت. برای تفسیر فرضیه‌ها از نرم‌افزار SmartPLS3 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل ساختاری نشان داد رابطه مستقیم شایستگی های مدیریتی و هویت اجتماعی (65/۰= β، 00/۰p<) ، شایستگی و اخلاق(63/۰= β،00/۰p<) ، هویت و اخلاق (23/۰ =β، 00/۰p<) مثبت و معنی­دار می­باشد. همچنین میانجی­گری اخلاق کاری بین رابطه هویت اجتماعی و شایستگی­های مدیریتی (15/۰ = β،  00/۰p<)  مثبت و معنادار است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بر این اساس، بین شایستگی­های مدیریتی و هویت رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد و در این بین مؤلفه اخلاق کاری نقش میانجی دارد؛ به این نحو که با افزایش اخلاق کاری، رابطه شایستگی­های مدیریتی و هویت نیز بیشتر می­شود.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: This study intended to investigate the effects of managerial competencies with the mediating role of work ethic on social identity among academic staff members of Amir Kabir University.
research methodology: It was a quantitative and the correlation research design is of the structural equation modeling type. The statistical population of all faculty members of Amir Kabir University was 672 people, and a sample of 195 people was selected by stratified random sampling using Karjesi and Morgan table. In order to collect data, three questionnaires of competence of Danaee Fard et al. (2008), social identity of Richard Chenkins (2008) and professional ethics of Ghasemzadeh (2013) were used. In order to investigate the relationships between variables, four hypotheses have been presented and were analyzed by the structural equation modeling method. Also, SmartPLS3 tool were applied to interpret the hypotheses and to reach conclusions.
Findings: The results of structural analysis showed a direct relationship between managerial competencies and social identity, managerial competencies and ethics, identity and ethics is positive and significant. Also, the mediation of work ethics between the relationship between social identity and managerial competencies is positive and significant.
Conclusion: Based on the findings of the research, there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the managerial competencies and identity, and in this, the component of work ethics plays a mediating role; In this way, with the increase of work ethics, the relationship between managerial competencies and identity also increases.
