The aim of this research was to provide a model to evaluate the impact of open innovation on the productivity of human resources. he statistical population includes all managers of active agricultural production cooperatives and unions, whose number was estimated to be 500 people, and using Cochran's equation, 217 people were selected as a statistical sample from the statistical population by simple random. To collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire containing 71 items was used, the face and content validity of which was confirmed by 30 experts, and its reliability was obtained in a preliminary test with 30 subjects for all the investigated variables, which was more than 0.7. It is acceptable. For data analysis, descriptive statistics methods were used with SPSS software version 22 and inferential statistics from structural equation modeling in Smart PLS software version 2. The findings showed that human capital management and open innovation management have a significant impact on organizational productivity.
