ارزیابی تاثیر نوآوری باز بر بهره و ری منابع انسانی با رویکرد مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر، ارائه الگویی برای ارزیابی تاثیر نوآوری باز بر بهره‌ وری منابع انسانی در شرکت‌ها و اتحادیه‌های تعاونی کشاورزی بود.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری شامل مدیران شرکت‌ها و اتحادیه‌های تعاونی فعال تولیدی کشاورزی به تعداد 500 نفر بوده و با استفاده از معادله کوکران، تعداد 217 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری از بین این جامعه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته حاوی 71 گویه استفاده شد که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط 30 نفر از متخصصان تایید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش های آمار توصیفیاز نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و برای آمار استنباطی از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاریاز نرم افزار Smart PLS نسخه 2 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نزدیکی ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ به عدد یک بیانگر قابل قبول بودن پایایی پرسش نامه در خصوص متغیرها اعم از مستقل و وابسته می‌باشد. همچنین پایایی ترکیبی متغیرها بیشتر از 7/0بوده و از نظر پایایی ترکیبی نیز مدل مورد تاییدمی‌باشد.بررسی تاثیر یک متغیر بر روی یک متغیر وابسته با استفاده از معیار R2نشان‌دهنده قوی بودن این معیار بوده و بررسی توانایی مدل با معیار  Q2نیز قوی بودن قدرت پیش بینی مدل برای متغیرهای وابسته را تایید نمود.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این تحقیق از بعد نظری برای محققین مدیریت منابع انسانی و از بعد عملی برای مدیران اجرایی برای اقدامات و عملیات نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز کلیه سازمان‌های خصوصی و دولتیبالاخص شرکت‌ها و اتحادیه‌های تعاونی کشاورزی از اهمیت عملی برخوردار هستند، بنابراین مؤلفه‌های تبیین شده در زمینه ارتقای منابع انسانی از جمله آموزش و نگهداری از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: The purpose of this research was to provide a model to evaluate the impact of open innovation on the productivity of human resources in agricultural cooperatives and companies.
Research methodology: The statistical population includes 500 active agricultural production company managers and cooperative unions, and using Cochran's equation, 217 people were selected by simple random as a statistical sample from this population. To‌ collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire containing 71 items was used, whose formal and content validity was confirmed by 30 experts. For data analysis, descriptive statistics methods were used from SPSS software version 22, and for inferential statistics, structural equation modeling was used from Smart PLS software version 2.
Findings: The closeness of Cronbach's alpha coefficients to the number one indicates the acceptability of the reliability of the questionnaire regarding both independent and dependent variables. Also, the combined reliability of variables is more than 0.7 and the model is approved in terms of combined reliability. Examining the effect of a variable on a dependent variable using the R2 criterion indicates the strength of this criterion, and examining the ability of the model with the Q2 criterion also confirmed the strong predictive power of the model for the dependent variables.
Conclusion: The results of this research are of practical importance for human resource management researchers from a theoretical perspective and from a practical perspective for executive managers for the actions and operations of human resources required by all private and public organizations, especially agricultural cooperative companies and unions, so the components explained in the field of promotion Human resources, including training and maintenance, are of great importance.
