چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: یکی از اساسی‌ترین راهبردهای تقویت یادگیری دانش آموزان، حمایت از آن‌ها در محیط خانه و مدرسه است. هدف این پژوهش عرضة پارادامی جدید برای موفقیت مدارس از طریق توسعة مشارکت خانواده-مدرسه است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: رویکرد پژوهش تفسیری و کیفی است که با راهبرد روایت توصیفی پیشنهاد شده توسط (2017) Edmonds & Kennedy انجام گرفت. میدان تحقیق استان کردستان و مشارکت‌کنندگان بالقوه شامل مدیران مدارس ابتدایی،متوسطه اول و دوم شهر سنندج بودند. در نهایت 15 نفر از آنان به‌صورت هدفمند (ناهمگن) انتخاب و با استفاده از یک پروتکل مصاحبه اپیزودیک دعوت به مشارکت شدند. داده‌ها به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از روش شبکۀ مضامین کدگذاری و در نهایت تحلیل گردیدند..
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها در باب سئوال نخست نشان داد که به ترتیب جنبة فرزند پروری (کنش نظارتی و حمایتی و..،) بیشترین تجربه و مولفة همکاری با جامعه (سفیر مدرسه) کمترین تجربه را میان مدیران داشته است. مدیران در پی پاسخ به پرسش دوم از یک ساختار سلسه‌مراتبی پیروی کردند، آنها نخست باور داشتند که اندیشة باز برای مدیر مدرسه جهت شنیدن دیدگاه دیگران و خودانتقادی حیاتی است، در گام‌های بعدی فرهنگ فراگیر برای تمامی دانش آموزان جهت ایجاد مراقبت جمعی و فضای مسالمت آمیز، رهبری جامعة محور جهت اعتماد متقابل با والدین و اعضای جامعه، و در نهایت ساخت اجتماع علمی جهت تبدیل اعضای جامعه به سائق یادگیری از شیوه‌های توسعة مشارکت خانواده-مدرسه محسوب می‌شود.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: توجه به شیوه‌های مختلف تعامل میان مدرسه و سایر نهادها به ویژه خانواده می‌تواند زمینه‌های مختلفی را برای پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان فراهم آورد.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: The purpose of this research is to present a new paradigm for the success of schools through the development of family-school partnership.
Research Methodology: The research approach is interpretive and qualitative, following the framework proposed by Edmonds & Kennedy (2017), utilizing a descriptive narrative strategy. The research was conducted in Kurdistan province, with potential participants including principals from primary, middle, and high schools in Sanandaj. Ultimately, 15 principals were purposefully selected (heterogeneous sampling) and invited to participate using an episodic interview protocol. The collected data were coded and analyzed using the thematic network method.
Findings: The findings regarding the first question revealed that the aspect of parenting (such as supervisory and supportive actions) represented the most common experience among principals, while community cooperation (acting as school ambassadors) was the least experienced. In addressing the second question, principals followed a hierarchical approach. They first believed that open-mindedness is crucial for school principals to listen to others' perspectives and engage in self-criticism. Subsequent steps included fostering an inclusive culture for all students to promote collective care and a peaceful environment, community-centered leadership to build mutual trust with parents and community members, and ultimately, creating a scholarly community to transform community members into drivers of learning, which are key strategies for enhancing family-school participation.
Conclusion: Paying attention to the different methods of interaction between the school and other institutions, especially the family, can provide different fields for the academic progress of students.
