Abstract
Introduction and Purpose: This research aimed to examine the mediating role of intrapreneurship in the relationship between learning organization characteristics and the job performance of Farhangian University employees.
Research Methodology: The study employed a descriptive correlational design, with a statistical population of 285 employees from the Central Organization. Data were collected from a simple random sample of 144 employees. The structural equation modeling (SEM) analyzed the relationship between learning organization dimensions and job performance, while assessing the mediating effect of intrapreneurship.
Findings: Results indicated a significant, positive linear relationship between the dimensions of a learning organization and job performance. Furthermore, intrapreneurship acts as a mediator in this relationship.
Discussion and Conclusion: This study helps university human resource managers and policymakers understand the characteristics of a learning organization, their impact on job performance, and the critical mediating role of intrapreneurship, enabling the development of programs aimed at enhancing employee performance.
