طراحی الگوی توسعه رهبری آموزشی در نظام آموزش عالی ایران (مطالعه موردی : دانشگاه بوعلی سینا)

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هدف پژوهش طراحی الگوی توسعه رهبری آموزشی در نظام آموزش عالی ایران  (مطالعه موردی  دانشگاه بوعلی سینا) می باشد
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق ترکیبی (کیفی- کمی) از نوع اکتشافی است. برای تحلیل داده های کیفی از روش فراترکیب  و از روش تحلیل عاملی برای داده های کمی استفاده شده است .با عنایت به اینکه پرسشنامه بر اساس تکنیک دلفی و نظرات خبرگان تهیه شده است بنابراین به خودی خوداز اعتبار و روایی لازم برخوردار است.  نتایج پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نرم افزارspss  مقدار 0.854را برای آلفای کرونباخ نشان داد که نشان دهنده تایید پایایی پرسشنامه می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در مرحله کیفی ،خبرگان حوزه رهبری آموزشی به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و در مرحله کمی شامل اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا مشتمل بر 460 نفر بوده است که نمونه‌گیری در مرحله کمی به‌ تناسب حجم جامعه ، نمونه اماری از دانشکده‌ها  به تعداد210نفر انتخاب شدند.  
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی سلسله مراتبی و روابط علت و معلولی ابعاد مدل با استفاده از فن تحلیل مسیر مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرارگرفته‌اند. یافته­ها نشان داد که مدل بومی توسعه رهبری آموزشی در نظام اموزش عالی ایران باتوجه به نتایج حاصله از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است که بعنوان مدل بومی  توسعه رهبری آموزشی در نظام اموزش عالی ایران می توان از آنها  استفاده نمود.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه می‌تواند با توجه به مدل بومی توسعه رهبری آموزشی به همراه ابعاد و مولفه های آن مورد توجه رهبران آموزشی قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: The higher education system has a very important impact on the economic, social, and cultural progress and development of a country. Therefore, the main objective of the research was to design a model for developing educational leadership in the Iranian higher education system (Case Study: Bu-Ali Sina University).
Research methodology: The mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research method was exploratory; a combined exploratory and explanatory research design was used to explain the main aspects of the subject. The components and dimensions of the subject were examined in the form of document studies and interviews and formulated in the form of effective items in developing educational leadership. The meta-synthesis method was used to analyze qualitative data and the factor analysis method was used for quantitative data. The statistical population of the study in the qualitative stage was comprised of experts in the field of educational leadership through purposive sampling, and in the quantitative stage, it included faculty members of Bu Ali Sina University, consisting of 460 people. In the quantitative stage, a statistical sample of 210 people was selected from the faculties in proportion to the size of the community.
Findings: The research findings were analyzed using hierarchical confirmatory factor analysis and the cause-and-effect relationships of the model dimensions were analyzed using path analysis. The findings showed that the indigenous model of educational leadership development in the Iranian higher education system has a good fit, considering the results obtained, and can be used as an indigenous model of educational leadership development in the Iranian higher education system.
Conclusion: The results of this study can be of interest to educational leaders, considering the indigenous model of educational leadership development along with its dimensions and components.
