This research was carried out in order to describe, analyze and combine the presented in the context of investigating the role of organizational culture on job enthusiasm.
This research is meta-analysis type. The statistical population of the present study consists of all written documents, including theses and articles included in Persian scientific research journals with a topic related to the role of organizational culture on job satisfaction. The documents and sources collected between 1390 and 1402 were written. The published works were searched in Magiran, Google Scholar, IranDoc, and Academic Jihad Scientific Information Center database (SID). Among the 39 articles, 7 articles were not related to the title; Because the abstract was not relevant, 10 articles and because the content was not relevant, 4 articles were excluded, and the analysis work was done with 18 articles, and the analysis was done with CMA 3 software. To measure the effect size, Hedges (X2), (t), (Z) and Hedges index (g) tests were used, and the funnel plot was used to measure the publication bias.
results showed that organizational culture with job passion has an average effect size of 0.854, which shows a higher than average relationship between the two variables.
Based on the results, it was found that organizational culture has a direct role with job enthusiasm and the effect size of 0.854 shows a value higher than average. The results of combining the size of the primary research results indicate the confirmation of the role of organizational culture on job enthusiasm,
