چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تجارب زیسته اساتید دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی تهران از تدریس مجازی در دوره کرونا صورت گرفت. روش تحقیق حاضر با توجه به هدف از نوع مطالعات کاربردی و بر اساس رویکرد از نوع مطالعات کیفی بر اساس روش پدیدارشناسی بود. جامعه‌ی مورد مطالعه را کلیه اساتید دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی تهران که دارای سابقه‌ی آموزش تدریس مجازی بودند را شامل شد. در این پژوهش جهت انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شد که برای تعیین حجم نمونه پژوهشگر با تعداد 20 نفر به سطح اشباع نظری دست یافت. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شده است که پایایی ابزار از روش پایایی بین دو کدگذار به دست آمد که قابلیت اعتماد کدگذاری تائید شد. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کدگذاری بر اساس تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. نتایج یافته‌ها نشان داد که موانع و مشکلات تدریس مجازی اساتید دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی تهران شامل ضعف در یادگیرنده، ضعف آموزش دهنده، ضعف محتوا ، ضعف امکانات آموزشی،‌ ضعف زمان آموزش و ضعف ارزشیابی و بازخورد بود. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده بیشتر مشکلات دوره‌های مواجه شده با شکست، مربوط به حیطه‌ی اجرایی است و مدیران دانشگاه باید توجه خود را به بخش اجرایی معطوف نمایند تا موانع یادگیری در مرحله‌ی اول و انتقال یادگیری در مرحله‌ی بعد برطرف شود.

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the lived experiences of professors of Allameh Tabatabai University in Tehran from virtual teaching during the Corona period. The current research method was based on the purpose of applied studies and based on the approach of qualitative studies based on the phenomenological method. The studied population included all the professors of Allameh Tabatabai University of Tehran who had experience in virtual teaching. In this research, the purposeful sampling method was used to select the sample, which reached the theoretical saturation level to determine the researcher's sample size with the number of 20 people. In order to collect data, semi-structured interviews were used, the reliability of the tool was obtained from the reliability method between two coders, and the reliability of the coding was confirmed. In order to analyze the data, the coding method based on thematic analysis was used. The results of the findings showed that the obstacles and problems of virtual teaching of Allameh Tabatabai University professors in Tehran include weakness in the learner, weakness of the teacher , weakness of the content , weak educational facilities , weak training time and the weakness of evaluation and feedback. According to the obtained results, most of the problems of the failed courses are related to the executive field, and the university managers should pay attention to the executive department in order to remove the obstacles to learning in the first stage and transferring learning in the next stage.
