شناسایی ابعاد ممیزی مدیریت منابع انسانی مبتنی بر بلوغ فرآیندها با رویکرد سنتزپژوهی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد ممیزی مدیریت منابع انسانی مبتنی بر بلوغ فرآیندها با استفاده از رویکرد سنتزپژوهی انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و با روش کیفی فراترکیب(سنتزپژوهی) انجام‌ شده است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری، کلیه مطالعات انجام‌شده در بازه زمانی(2006-2023) 1385 الی 1402 است. در این راستا 82 پژوهش در زمینه موضوع موردنظر ارزیابی و درنهایت 34 مقاله به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب گردید و با تحلیل محتوا و ترکیب ادبیات مربوط، درمجموع 54 کد و 6 مقوله کلیدی طی فرایند جست‌وجو و ترکیب نظام‌مند متون شناسایی و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و اعتبار آن از طریق آزمون کاپای کوهن تأیید گردید.
یافته‌ها: نتایج یافته ها نشان داد که ممیزی مدیریت منابع انسانی از ابعاد کنترل سیستمی، اهداف استراتژیک، بهبود عملکرد، رضایت مشتری، مالی و هم راستا بودن با رویه ها تشکیل شده است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش تاکید می‌کند که بکارگیری هر کدام از ابعاد شناسایی شده در پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند منجر به بهبود فرآیندهای ارزیابی در حوزه منابع انسانی در سازمان شود.

چکیده [English]

The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions of human resource management audit
Background and Objective: The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions of human resource management audit based on the maturity of the processes using the synthesis research approach. This research has been carried out in terms of practical purpose and with a meta-composite qualitative method.
Research Methodology: The statistical population is all the studies conducted in the period (2023-2006) from 2004 to 2023. In this regard, 82 researches in the field of the desired subject were evaluated and finally 34 articles were selected purposefully and by content analysis and composition of related literature, a total of 54 codes and 6 key categories were identified and analyzed during the process of searching and systematic combination of texts and its validity It was confirmed through Cohen's kappa test.
Findings: The results of the findings showed that the human resource management audit consists of the dimensions of systemic control, strategic goals, performance improvement, customer satisfaction, financial and alignment with procedures.
Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, the use of each of the dimensions identified in the current research can lead to the improvement of evaluation processes in the field of human resources in the organization.
